These Terms govern your use of our website and interior design services. By accessing our Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3.1 Service Scope & Booking
We provide custom interior design services (consultation, space planning, sourcing, project management). Booking requires a non-refundable deposit; balance is due upon final deliverables. Late payments may incur delays or a 1.5% monthly late fee.
3.2 Project & Responsibilities
We provide an estimated timeline, subject to changes beyond our control. You shall provide accurate information and timely approvals; delays from your side incur your liability. We suspend work for overdue payments.
3.3 Intellectual Property & Termination
Design deliverables are our property until full payment; you get a non-transferable license post-payment. We may use anonymized works in portfolios. Either party may terminate via written notice for breach; we retain payments for work completed.
3.4 Delivery of Virtual Products
Since our interior design services are virtual products, there is no physical delivery. We will complete and deliver the first version of the interior design plan to you within 15 business days after commencing the design work.由于我们的室内设计服务是虚拟产品，所以没有实物交付。我们将在开始设计工作后的15个工作日内完成并交付第一版室内设计方案给您。
